our drummer has a studio for teaching, in his back garden it could be used for recording as well i suppose.its totaly sound proof and you cant hear even a full band playing in it unless you are six inches from the wall .it cost 15k to have done so i dont think i'll be having one

We have a computer based one set up in a room at my house. It seems to work well too as we haven't come across a recording problem that we haven't been able to solve yet.

I was talking to a duo who cut their cd in the kitchen, amazing where you can record

Hi, we do all our recording at home and in fact we're almost finished our next CD which should hopefully be out very soon. We used to go elsewhere to record, but find it much more flexible and inspiring to record when we feel like it and not when we have to!

most live recordings never do sound very well, sometimes people get lucky and everything turns out just right to get good sound, but not often

My studio is my laptop (the PC, that is!) I've been playing around with new software and hope to have some new stuff recorded soon. :)
